How a rate is built
Three numbers make your quote.
No hidden handling fees. Fuel and GST are shown as separate lines, and the chargeable weight is confirmed before pickup.
Chargeable weight
The greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height ÷ 5,000 for domestic parcels.
Destination zone
Metro, Tier-2, Tier-3 and rest-of-India zones set the base lane price. International routes are priced per country.
Service level
Standard, express and time-definite options carry different priorities and transit commitments.
